Printing Policy

This policy is applied to the entire Student of Curtin University, Sarawak Malaysia.

Responsibility of your Printer Account/Credit
User is responsible for their printing credit account. ICT Department will not hold any responsible if anyone else is using your printing account. In order to ensure that no one steals your printing credit, logoff from the PC if you’re not using it.

Printing Charges:

User print in the computer laboratories or other places specified for student:
•   Black and White printing – RM0.10 (A4 size) ; RM0.20 (A3 size)
•   Color printing (only using ABSEC printing card) – RM1.00 (A4 size) ; RM2.00 (A3 size)

Printing Credit Top-Up

Effective 27 June 2016, the Printing Top-Up service will be handled by the Library and Curtin Bookshop.
The minimum Printing Top-Up charges is RM 5.00 onwards.

Operation hours for printing credit top-up:-
Curtin Bookshop
Monday – Friday: 9 AM until 4 PM (closed during lunch hour: 12 noon – 1 PM)
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: CLOSED
The Library
Monday – Friday: 9 AM until 4 PM
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: CLOSED

For technical issues (e.g. jammed papers, printer failures, dried toner), please contact the ICT Department.
